We will not share your data with anyone outside our organisation without your prior permission. There my be some instances where we cannot satisfy your requirement for your next office move. However, we may know of another provider who does have a suitable space that could meet your requirements. In such circumstances we may ask for your permission to pass your details to that provider.
How long we retain your data
We will initially retain data submitted via one of our contact forms for up to 3 months until we have been able to discuss your requirements and arrange a viewing of a suitable space. If after that time we believe we may be able to offer you a suitable space at a future date we may retain your details for a further 12 months.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
